spooky

I have to agree this game scared the living soul out of me! What on earth was that mate!

The game has a brilliant premise with a unique idea - flashing the light, literally, instead of having it turned on. The sound design is beyond me, it is extremely loud and scares me every time. Everything in the game is well designed, except I would say that the monster appearance and overall "how it works" is unclear. I've read the description of the game, as well as followed the rules provided in the game, but still I get caught by this devil most of the time.

I would say the best part of the game is the creature and the anticipation of the jump scare, because no matter how hard I try and focus, I still expect to be jumped around the corner - that's solid horror for me.

Best of luck with the future developments. Cheers!

Thanks for your comment.  The Flash is pretty complicated.  Creatures within range of the lightning only appear when the button is pressed, not during cooldown.  Walking while the flash is activated is not a good idea.  It's easy to go too far forward.  The hallway is 10m long and the flash only has a range of 3m.  I do it very carefully.  I flash, I mark in my head where the range of the flash ends on the wall, walk towards that point and wait until I can flash again.  Using this method I can ensure that I only run 3m.

Fun game! You did spell glass wrong in the 2nd objective though.

I probably spelled “glass” wrong because “glass” is called “Glas” in my native language.
